Who is responsible

Pressing Mogador, Rue El Azhar, Essaouira, Morocco, is responsible for the processing of your personal data, under law 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data.

What we collect

• Customers: your name, phone number, preferred language, your orders, the photos of your items and your payments.
• Messages sent through this website: your name, email or phone number, the name of your business if you give it, and your message.
• Business customers: company name, ICE, contact person, email and payment terms.

Why we use it

We process this data to perform our contract with you, to meet our accounting obligations and, for news, with your consent.

• To take, track and hand back your orders, and to send you the ticket and the ready message on WhatsApp.
• To prepare invoices and statements and to collect payments.
• To reply to your messages.
• To send you occasional news, only if you agreed to it. You can withdraw this consent at any time.

How long we keep it

• Photos of your items: deleted automatically 90 days after you collect your order.
• Orders, invoices and payments: 10 years, as required by Moroccan accounting rules.
• Messages sent through this website: up to 3 years after our last exchange.
• Consent to news: until you withdraw it.

Who processes it

Our staff, and these service providers acting on our instructions:

• Supabase: database, hosted in Frankfurt, Germany (European Union).
• Cloudflare: website hosting, photo storage in Western Europe, form protection (Turnstile) and visit statistics without cookies.
• Resend: sending emails.
• Anthropic: when our staff use an AI assistant to draft a reply, the text of your message is processed in the United States. No decision about you is taken automatically.
• WhatsApp (Meta): when you contact us on WhatsApp.

Transfers outside Morocco

Some of these providers store or process data in the European Union or the United States. These transfers take place under the conditions set by law 09-08 and the CNDP.

Cookies and statistics

This website does not set cookies for visitors. Visit statistics come from Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not follow you across websites.

The Google map is loaded only when you click "Show the map". Google may then set its own cookies.

The staff area keeps the staff login session in the browser.

Your rights

Under law 09-08 you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected, and to object to its use for legitimate reasons, including for news. Write to contact@cleanmogador.ma or ask at the shop.
